As our FF&E Coordinator, you’ll be the driving force behind transforming design concepts into reality! You will collaborate closely with our Capital Projects General Manager and Purchaser, overseeing the entire lifecycle of furniture, fixtures, and equipment. Your role will involve everything from design oversight and procurement to coordinating installation logistics, ensuring each project is executed flawlessly. RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee all stages of design, procurement, installation logistics and commissioning Manage technical questions and answers Participate in design review Develop and manage reports, requirements documentation and presentations QUALIFICATIONS Post-secondary education in Interior Design, Business Administration or relevant career experience. 3-5 years experience in interior design and material management. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, MS Office Suite (particularly Word and Excel); Yardi Systems Software is an asset. Excellent organization and communication skills. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on market trends.
