D365 POS/(F&O) FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT/BA CONTRACT-12 Month engagement(extensions) LOCATION- TORONTO -MONTREAL SEPTEMBER 1st start date MANDATE To succeed in this position, you will need to leverage a unique mix of software development lifecycle (SDLC) management, legacy AX2012 support, and multi-system retail integration expertise YOUR CORE EXPERTISE Possess in-depth, direct experience in Point of Sale (POS) and/or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions, and integration between multiple systems. Exceptional understanding of key business processes in supply chain management, finance, retail, and sales. Strong functional experience in Microsoft Dynamics D365 and AX2012 Technical POS - retail Previous background in D365 application service delivery and/or functional consulting, providing a deep understanding of supply chain and operations, finance, retail, and sales business processes, preferably in a luxury or retail industry setting. Strong understanding of systems integrations and architecture, and EDI. Knowledge of ITIL, SDLC, and release management processes. The consultant will leverage expertise in software development lifecycle management and multi-system retail integration to support D365 POS and AX2012. They will also provide functional consulting to enhance business processes in supply chain, finance, retail, and sales.

Candidates should have in-depth experience with POS and ERP solutions, particularly Microsoft Dynamics D365 and AX2012. A strong understanding of systems integrations and business processes in a retail context is essential.
