Functions: A Part-Time Professor is required for the following course: Term Course code Course title Faculty Winter 2027 INS 5505 Organizational Consolidation and Transformation Faculties of Human Sciences and Philosophy Description of the delivery mode: This type of course is offered in the classroom, in the presence of the professor and students Date Schedule Mode of Delivery Language January 11, 2027-April 14, 2027 Thursday 1:30PM-4:30PM In person French Course description: Study of the coordination methods and direction in the context of established and functional social organizations. Transformation and growth of social organizations from the inside. Required experience and qualifications: * PhD in philosophy, social sciences, or humanities. * Expertise in social innovation, social impact organizations, and social transformation research. * Experience teaching interdisciplinary courses in social movements and critical theory. * Experience integrating case studies, experiential learning, community-engaged pedagogy, and activist knowledge in teaching. * Passive proficiency in the second official language * Sensitivity to multiple differences (including abilities, genders, and cultures) and to students' concerns. * Proficiency with both in-person and online learning tools * Participate in three scheduled teaching meetings with members of the teaching team of the School of Social Innovation during the term Please submit your application (letter of intent and CV) online using the job posting system, by September 29, 2026, 11:59 PM.
