Please log in to verify your internal candidate status. Location - This role is in-person at North Campus Edmonton. The position oversees the primary service delivery functions for Parking Services, supervises Parking Services' front-office staff, and performs a variety of administrative and financial functions; this position is responsible to maintain Parking's customer accounts, develop, champion and maintain customer service standards and service delivery, and oversee the preparation and delivery of parking permits and provides significant ongoing support to all areas of the University's parking services operations. There is a very high level of customer contact is integral to the responsibilities of this position, and the incumbent is faced with a wide and complex range of working situations. Exigences

Candidates must have 3-4 years of office supervision experience, along with customer service training and proficiency in standard office software. Knowledge of basic accounting and Peoplesoft enterprise systems is required, with preference given to those with professional development in HR or accounting.
