Position Summary The Division of Athletics is hiring a part-time Director of Operations for the Men's Lacrosse Varsity Program. This position will handle the daily lacrosse operations, which includes team travel coordination. This position also assists with a video editing system, providing practice and game day management support. This is a non-benefited position not to exceed 1,000 hours in a calendar year. Essential Functions * Coordination of Team Travel for away competitions * Assisting with practice and game day management support for home and away events. * Help reconcile team travel expenses via Concur System * Assist with the coordination and payments for referees and other Men’s Lacrosse vendors in conjunction with the Budget office. * Assist with video editing of practices and game day film as needed. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities * Strong Organizational skills * Attention to Detail * Ability to prioritize * Problem solver Required Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree Work Schedule Part-time hours through the week. Hourly Range The hourly range for the position is $17.29-$30.00.
