Discussions sur les fondements et la philosophie du droit autochtone. Participation des gardiens du savoir autochtone pour situer les notions et les concepts juridiques autochtones. Exemples des traditions juridiques existantes notamment au Canada et au Québec. The professor will teach a course on Indigenous legal traditions, incorporating perspectives from Indigenous knowledge keepers. Responsibilities include delivering course content, facilitating discussions on legal philosophy, and conducting an intensive field camp on Anicinabe territory.

Candidates should have relevant education or experience in Indigenous legal traditions and law. The role requires the ability to integrate diverse sources of Indigenous legal knowledge and engage with Indigenous community members.
