Développement des compétences langagières de l'élève et ses implications didactiques. Analyse des stratégies d’enseignement qui favorisent l’apprentissage dans les trois domaines du français tout en soutenant les élèves et en valorisant leur diversité linguistique et culturelle. Étude critique du programme-cadre de français. Expérimentation de divers dispositifs d’enseignement, notamment l’usage de la littérature de jeunesse et des technologies. Intégration de la littératie autochtone. Élaboration d’interventions pédagogiques variées. Dossier de recherche actuel et arbitré dans la matière du cours à enseigner. Examen de synthèse (Ph.D.) récent dans la matière du cours à enseigner. - Connaissance démontrée du contexte de l'Ontario en ce qui a trait à la matière du cours à enseigner. - Capacité manifeste d'appliquer les Normes d'exercice de la profession et du Code de déontologie des enseignantes et enseignants de l'Ontario. Un niveau d'éducation/d'expérience jugé équivalent pourrait suppléer aux exigences d'éducation et/ou d'expérience requises. Exigences

A master's degree in education is required, with preference given to a doctorate in education focused on learning assessment. Applicants must also meet at least one specified qualification related to recent school or school-board experience, current peer-reviewed research, or a recent PhD comprehensive examination in the subject, and demonstrate knowledge of Ontario education and its professional standards and code of ethics.
