Posting limited to: Professeur à temps-partiel étudiant / Student Part-Time Professor Date Posted (YYYY/MM/DD): 2026/08/24 Applications must be received BEFORE (YYYY/MM/DD): 2026/09/24 Expected Enrolment: 90 Approval date: 2026/08/24 Number of credits: 3 Work Hours: 39 Hourly Rate: Enseignement / Teaching: $239.47 (2024-2025) The academic year starts on September 1 and ends on August 31. These rates do not included vacation pay nor statutory pay. These rates will be applied until a new collective agreement is ratified. Retro will be paid after the ratification. Course type: C Posting type: Régulier / Regular Language of instruction: Anglais | English Competence in second language: Passive Course Schedule: Lundi | Monday 8:30-10:00 Jeudi | Thursday 10:00-11:30 - Requirements: Must have an MBA or Master's degree (PhD preferred) either in the area of organizational behaviour or in human resources management. Must also demonstrate recent professional experience directly related to the course. Must also have teaching experience, preferably in the area of OB or HRM. Teaching mode: Please note that the teaching method will be delivered online (synchronous live). Teaching method might incur changes due to health measures or other reasons. An acceptable level of education and/or experience could be viewed as being equivalent to the educational required and/or demonstrated experience.
