Undergraduate students will be paid at the lower rate; while graduate students will be paid at the higher rate. These rates do not included vacation pay nor statutory pay. These rates will be applied until a new collective agreement is ratified. Retro will be paid after the ratification. Language of Work: Anglais | English Requirements and Nature of Work: Completed B.A. Honours in theatre or in a relevant field of studies, working knowledge of technical theatre practices including an understanding of basic techniques of production, stage management, production manager, lighting, sound, costume maintenance, set construction, props, shop safety, 1st aid. Practical experience as a technician, director, actor, stage manager or production manager in the professional theatre. The successful candidate will serve as a teaching assistant or lab monitor for the Introduction to the Practice of Theatre: Backstage course. Specific tasks will be determined in collaboration with the supervising professor.

Applicants must hold a completed B.A. Honours in theatre or a relevant field. Practical experience as a technician, director, actor, stage manager, or production manager in professional theatre is required.
