Job Description: Job Summary This position is responsible for loading, unloading, shipping, receiving, scanning, sorting, and stocking packages. He/She may utilize heavy machinery to complete tasks. This position performs other tasks as assigned in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: * Learns and properly executes UPS package handling methods. * Loads and unloads UPS packages into trailers or package cars. * Must be able to drive as there is no transit after 11 pm . Qualifications: * Ability to lift up to 70 lbs./32 kgs. * Ability to read and memorize postal codes * Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week * Warehouse experience - Preferred * Shift is Monday to Friday. Must be available to work between 11pm -6am * Hours per day are not guaranteed and will vary based on volumes (3-5 hours per day, sometimes more) Pay Rate: starting at $18.5/hr UPS is a diverse and equal opportunity employer. Candidates must be able to lift up to 70 lbs and possess the ability to read and memorize postal codes. Availability to work flexible night shifts between 11 pm and 6 am, Monday through Friday, is required.
