The Uptown Rutland Business Association (URBA) is a Business Improvement Area (BIA) representing and supporting businesses in Rutland, one of Kelowna’s fastest-growing urban centres. URBA works to strengthen the local business community by advocating for business-friendly policies, promoting local businesses and creating opportunities for meaningful connections. Through marketing initiatives, networking events and partnerships with community organizations, URBA helps businesses stay informed, visible and engaged. Our work focuses on supporting economic growth while celebrating the unique character and entrepreneurial spirit that makes Rutland such a vibrant place to live, work and do business.
