As a Key Holder, you will collaborate with the Manager and Assistant Manager to create a positive working environment for the team and an excellent shopping experience for our customers. Our stores are open 7 days a week, so we are looking for candidates who can work 30-40 hours per week and are available to work a variety of shifts on weekdays, weeknights, and weekends. The Key Holder will collaborate with management to oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, merchandising, and stock management. They are also responsible for training team members and ensuring an excellent shopping experience for customers.

Candidates must have at least 2 years of retail sales experience and a background in customer service leadership. A passion for interior décor and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required, along with a flexible schedule for shifts.
