Our client is now seeking to enhance their Calgary Litigation team by adding a talented and dynamic mid-level Commercial Litigation Associate to their current compliment of legal experts. Qualifications and Attributes: 3-6 years of commercial litigation experience at a recognized Canadian law firm, particularly in complex commercial litigation, construction disputes, energy-related matters, and arbitration Strong academic credentials Proactive and initiative-driven Exceptional analytical, communication, and drafting skills Client-focused with outstanding interpersonal abilities Collaborative team player Must be qualified to practice law in Canada Our client is offering the following: Competitive lockstep tier one base salary Tier one bonus program Comprehensive family health benefits Educational development incentives Relocation assistance, if applicable.
