The Calgary office is now actively seeking a skilled Senior Corporate Commercial Associate or Counsel to join their Energy, Oil & Gas Group. Our client is also open to applications from income partners. Qualifications and Attributes: 7-15 years of post-call experience in corporate/energy law from a reputable law firm, or a combination of private practice and in-house experience in oil and gas, power, and renewables, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and project development. Proficiency in corporate governance and competition issues. A collaborative team player with a strong work ethic and a client-focused mindset. Qualified to practice law in Canada.
