Duration: 1 year Schedule: 5 days Onsite Monday to Friday Job Description: We are seeking an experienced AML Business Systems Analyst III to support regulatory and discretionary release management projects. This role involves working in a collaborative Agile environment, contributing to system design, and ensuring high-quality deliverables within AML initiatives. The position offers strong exposure across business units and an opportunity to work on impactful, enterprise-level projects. Responsibilities: • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements • Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications • Work closely with development, QA, and product teams within Agile/Scrum frameworks • Analyze system design documents, architectural blueprints, and data flows • Support AML-related regulatory and compliance initiatives • Participate in release management activities and ensure timely delivery of projects • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder communications (3–4 hours daily) • Maintain documentation using Jira and Confluence • Ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, and project deliverables Must have: 5+ years of Business Systems Analyst (BSA) experience Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Strong experience with Jira and Confluence Proven ability to interpret system design documents and architectural diagrams • Nice to have: AML or regulatory project experience Banking or financial services industry background Technical certifications Skillsets: • Business and systems analysis • Agile/Scrum methodologies • Jira and Confluence proficiency • System architecture and design understanding • Strong communication (written and verbal) • Stakeholder management • Attention to detail and problem-solving • Self-motivated, adaptable, and team-oriented Education: Post-secondary education is an asset About US Tech Solutions: US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
