JOB TITLE : Organizational Change Management Specialist POSITION STATUS : Permanent REPORTING MANAGER : Manager, HRIS & Change Management LOCATION : Montreal The Organizational Change Management Specialist supports enterprise-wide initiatives by developing and coordinating change management activities that help employees, leaders, and stakeholders prepare for, adopt, and sustain organizational change. Working closely with project teams, business partners, Communications, and Training teams, this role helps assess change impacts, support stakeholder readiness, and drive adoption through practical change plans, engagement activities, communications, training alignment, and post-implementation sustainment. Success in this Role The successful candidate will: • Build trusted relationships with project teams, leaders, and stakeholders. • Develop practical change management approaches that support successful project delivery. • Coordinate change activities across multiple concurrent initiatives. • Help leaders and employees navigate change with clarity and confidence. • Monitor readiness and adoption, recommending adjustments to improve outcomes. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING • Develop and execute change management plans for enterprise-wide projects, in partnership with the Manager, HRIS & Change Management. • Conduct change impact, stakeholder, and readiness assessments to identify risks, barriers, and mitigation strategies. • Build stakeholder engagement plans and support leaders in their role as change sponsors. • Work with project teams to integrate change management activities into overall project plans. • Partner with Communications and Training teams to align messaging, training, and adoption support. • Track readiness, adoption, and change effectiveness measures, recommending adjustments as needed. • Support post-implementation activities to reinforce adoption and help realize expected business benefits. • Identify and escalate change-related risks, issues, and dependencies. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of change management tools, templates, and practices. WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM • Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field. • Four to Five years of experience supporting organizational change management for technology, business processes, or transformation initiatives. • Experience with enterprise system implementations. • Experience with stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, readiness assessments, and adoption planning. • Knowledge of recognized change management methodologies, such as Prosci ADKAR or similar approaches. • Strong relationship-building, influencing, planning, and project coordination skills. • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
