Develop and maintain KPI dashboards (e.g., tonnage, price per tonne, margin per tonne, fleet/equipment utilization) to track operational performance alongside financial results. Continuously improve reporting packages, templates, and the underlying FP&A toolset (e.g., Cube or similar FP&A software) to increase automation and reduce manual effort. Cash Flow Forecasting & Liquidity Maintain and update the rolling short-term cash flow forecast (e.g., 13-week cash forecast), incorporating actual bank activity and updated collection/payment assumptions. Support the VP Finance and Controller with board materials, lender reporting, and ownership/investor reporting requirements as needed.
