L'opportunité Nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) Scrum Master/Delivery expérimenté(e) afin de se joindre à une équipe de livraison numérique au sein d'un Studio Digital. Ce rôle combine leadership Agile, coordination de livraison, gestion des parties prenantes et amélioration continue afin d'assurer le succès des initiatives technologiques. À titre de Delivery Lead, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans l'accompagnement des équipes Agile, le maintien de la vélocité de livraison, la gestion des dépendances et des risques, ainsi que le développement d'une culture axée sur la responsabilisation, la transparence et la performance. Ce que vous ferez Assurer la gestion quotidienne des activités de livraison, incluant la gestion de la capacité, le suivi de la vélocité, la coordination des livraisons et le suivi de l'avancement. Soutenir la gestion des initiatives en effectuant le suivi des échéanciers, risques, enjeux, dépendances, obstacles et objectifs de livraison. Aligner la planification des activités de développement avec les calendriers globaux de projet et de mise en production. Coordonner les activités de déploiement et de mise en production avec les différentes parties prenantes. Communiquer l'état d'avancement des travaux à l'aide des mécanismes de suivi appropriés. Faciliter la collaboration entre les Product Owners, les équipes de développement et les partenaires d'affaires. Participer au raffinement du carnet de produit, aux estimations et aux activités de préparation des fonctionnalités. Faciliter les cérémonies Agile et assurer leur bon déroulement. Assurer la visibilité sur la progression des sprints, des livraisons et des enjeux opérationnels. Anticiper, escalader et contribuer à la résolution des obstacles à la livraison. Accompagner les équipes dans l'adoption et l'amélioration des pratiques Agile et Scrum. Favoriser une culture de responsabilisation, d'engagement et d'atteinte des résultats. Agir comme coach auprès des membres de l'équipe et des collègues moins expérimentés. Promouvoir l'amélioration continue en mettant en œuvre les actions découlant des rétrospectives. Veiller à l'opérationnalisation adéquate des solutions livrées, notamment en matière de stabilité, surveillance, documentation, automatisation, sécurité, accessibilité et qualité. Maintenir une communication claire et continue avec les équipes, la gestion et les partenaires. Ce que vous apportez à l'équipe Diplôme universitaire dans un domaine pertinent ou combinaison équivalente de formation et d'expérience. Plusieurs années d'expérience en livraison TI, en coordination de projets ou en leadership d'équipes Agile. Expérience auprès d'équipes de développement travaillant dans des environnements numériques complexes. Excellentes aptitudes en organisation, planification et gestion des priorités. Capacité à gérer plusieurs initiatives simultanément. Solides compétences analytiques et de résolution de problèmes. Excellentes habiletés relationnelles, de communication et d'animation. Forte proactivité et capacité d'agir rapidement lorsqu'un risque ou un enjeu est identifié. Capacité démontrée à mobiliser les équipes et à influencer positivement les parties prenantes. Compétences clés requises Excellente maîtrise des approches de livraison Agile. Bilinguisme (français/anglais) Connaissance approfondie de Scrum et du rôle de Scrum Master. Connaissance des pratiques SAFe et des concepts d'agilité à l'échelle. Expérience en coordination de projets et en livraison de solutions numériques. The Opportunity We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master/Delivery to join a Digital Studio delivery team supporting the development and delivery of digital banking solutions. This role combines Agile leadership, delivery management, stakeholder coordination, and continuous improvement to ensure successful execution of technology initiatives. As a Delivery Lead, you will play a key role in guiding Agile teams, maintaining delivery momentum, managing dependencies and risks, and fostering an environment focused on accountability, transparency, and high performance. What You'll Do Own and manage day-to-day delivery activities, including capacity planning, velocity tracking, release coordination, and progress monitoring. Support initiative management by helping track timelines, risks, issues, dependencies, blockers, and delivery objectives. Align development planning activities with broader project and release schedules. Coordinate deployment and production release activities with internal and external contributors. Communicate delivery progress through appropriate reporting and stakeholder channels. Facilitate collaboration between Product Owners, development teams, and business stakeholders. Support backlog refinement, estimation sessions, and feature readiness activities. Drive Agile ceremonies and ensure effective team participation. Promote transparency around sprint progress, release readiness, and operational issues. Anticipate, escalate, and help resolve delivery blockers and impediments. Support teams in adopting and improving Agile and Scrum practices. Foster accountability, ownership, and a results-oriented mindset within delivery teams. Coach and mentor team members and colleagues on Agile principles and best practices. Promote continuous improvement by driving actions resulting from retrospectives and team feedback. Ensure delivered solutions are operationalized with appropriate monitoring, documentation, quality, accessibility, automation, security, and stability considerations. Maintain clear communication across teams, leadership, and partners. What You Bring to the Table Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience. Several years of experience in information technology delivery, project coordination, or Agile team leadership. Experience working with Agile development teams in complex digital environments. Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities. Strong interpersonal, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to remain proactive and act quickly when issues or risks are identified. Proven ability to influence teams and foster collaboration in fast-paced environments. Core Skills Required Deep understanding of Agile delivery methodologies. Strong knowledge of Scrum practices and the Scrum Master function. Working knowledge of SAFe frameworks and Agile scaling concepts. Experience coordinating software delivery activities from planning through release. Strong knowledge of Atlassian tools, including: JIRA Confluence Experience managing: Capacity and velocity tracking Sprint and release planning Risk and dependency management Stakeholder communications Production deployment coordination Strong reporting, presentation, and executive communication skills.
