Senior Manager, Consolidation and Financial Reporting, Contract

Our client is looking for a Senior Finance Manager, Consolidation & Reporting for a 6 month contract. Location: 4 days on site in Mississauga Responsibilities · Lead day-to-day consolidation and financial reporting activities. · Support a complex multi-entity environment involving multi-currency, multinational, and multi-region operations. · Manage and analyze large-volume consolidations across numerous inputs and reporting structures. · Prepare variance analysis and executive-level financial reporting materials. · Develop materials for senior leadership, including board and committee reporting decks. · Provide day-to-day oversight to two direct reports in a distributed team structure. · Partner with internal stakeholders to maintain continuity during a systems transition. · Provide limited support to a finance systems implementation project as needed. Requirements · CPA designated profile. · Strong hands-on experience in consolidation and financial reporting. · Experience working in complex multi-currency, multinational, and multi-region environments. · Understanding of both wholly owned and joint venture structures. · Ability to operate independently with minimal onboarding and supervision. · Strong communication skills and the ability to prepare polished materials for executive audiences. · Experience with OneStream, IBM TM1 would be considered a strong Asset. · FP&A experience, especially variance analysis and executive reporting. Requires a CPA designation and strong hands-on experience in multi-currency consolidation and financial reporting. Proficiency in OneStream or IBM TM1 is considered a strong asset.
