About the opportunity: · Complete TMS interface batch reconciliations and postings. · Ensure accurate and timely completion of month-end procedures, including invoice posting, cost allocations, accruals, intercompany transactions, and other related activities. · Assist in developing checks-and-balances tools within the month-end process to ensure reporting accuracy and completeness. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to obtain required information promptly and ensure updates are incorporated into month-end reporting procedures. · Prepare balance sheet account reconciliations in a timely manner; analyze, investigate, and resolve discrepancies, and communicate findings to stakeholders. · Perform reconciliations between various billing systems and the ERP to ensure data integrity. · Conduct financial analysis to support ongoing financial operations. · Participate in system implementation/migration and process-improvement projects. · Assist with interim and year-end audit preparation. · Support additional reporting requirements, including external customer reporting. · Contribute to the budgeting and forecasting process.
