About the Opportunity Our client is seeking a collaborative and results-oriented Finance Manager to join their growing team. This role requires a polished communicator who can build strong relationships and confidently work with senior executives, accounting professionals, and cross-functional partners. The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently across a portfolio of businesses. You will bring a strong customer focus, excellent listening skills, and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for process improvement. Key Responsibilities Support newly acquired businesses through the financial integration process. Oversee financial results and finance operations for a portfolio of businesses. Analyze product-line performance and maintain profitability reporting. Assist with quarterly and annual financial statements and note disclosures. Prepare financial analysis, management commentary, and presentations for senior leadership. Prepare and review monthly account reconciliations. Review new customer contracts and apply IFRS 15 to determine the appropriate accounting treatment. Participate in special projects and ad hoc assignments as required. The Finance Manager will oversee financial operations and results for a portfolio of businesses, including supporting the integration of newly acquired companies. They will prepare financial analysis, management commentary, and ensure compliance with IFRS 15 for customer contracts.

Candidates must hold a CPA designation and currently be at a Manager level within a public accounting firm with an external audit background. Strong proficiency in IFRS is required, and experience in the technology sector is considered an asset.
