About the Opportunity Financial Reporting & Consolidations Lead the preparation and review of quarterly and annual IFRS financial statements, including notes and disclosures. Support consolidation activities and review accounting entries prepared by members of the finance team. Prepare executive reporting packages, Board materials, and Audit Committee presentations. Audit, Compliance & Controls Coordinate quarterly reviews and year-end audits with external auditors. Maintain and enhance internal controls and financial reporting processes. Ensure compliance with IFRS standards and applicable tax and regulatory requirements. Analysis & Business Support Analyze financial results and provide insights to support business decisions. Monitor developments in financial reporting standards and industry best practices. Support process improvements and special projects across the finance function. Leadership & Collaboration Partner closely with the CFO and finance leadership team in a highly visible capacity. Contribute within a hands-on, collaborative environment where each team member plays an important role. Gain exposure to strategic initiatives and executive-level decision making.
