The Opportunity We are currently seeking a Senior Advisor, Reliability Electrical to join our Reliability Team working on site in Thompson, Manitoba. Relocation will be required for this role. The role is a permanent position. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered. Certified Maintenance Reliability Professional (CMRP) and/or Maintenance Management Professional (MMP) certification are considered an asset Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in maintenance, reliability engineering, asset management, or operational excellence within mining, processing, smelting, or other heavy industrial environments. Experience with reliability tools (FMEA, Criticality analysis, etc.) developing asset service strategies and managing metrics such as available utilization, OEE, MTBF in a mining environment. SAP Experience preferred Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical, planning, organizational and time management skills. Software skills in of MS Office products and CMMS systems (SAP).
