The Opportunity We are currently seeking a Operator III, Material & Prentative Maintenace to join the Concentrator Department in Thompson, Manitoba. This is a permanent position, relocation to Thompson Manitoba would be required for this role. As a Operator III, Material & Prentative Maintenace, you will be responsible for Ensure that effective and efficient material control practices and processes are in place for department business needs and process data and provide schedules for maintenance activities. Additionally, in this position, you will: Ensure effective material control practices and processes for department business needs. Monitor PM compliance and flag non-compliance issues. Order, stock, and distribute parts and materials, ensuring accurate input and monitoring of procurement, delivery, and distribution systems. Manage critical spare inventory, casual equipment rental requirements, and evaluate new material requirements for continuous improvement. Support cost-effectiveness by recommending best-cost material goods and monitoring daily consumables periodically. Input data into the control system, generate PM work orders, and ensure PMs are performed as scheduled; generate availability and utilization charts. What Offer You Competitive salary. About You Education: Secondary School Experience: 6-18 Months of Experience.
