Join Our Team as an Advance Process Engineer! Valiant TMS, a global industry leader, is looking for a dynamic Advance Process Engineer to join our Automation & Assembly team. If you’re passionate about creating cutting-edge technology solutions and want to contribute to the development of customized equipment, including Battery Tray Assembly and Battery Assembly and Test Systems, Leak Test Equipment, Industrial Parts Washers, and Material Handling Automation, then this opportunity is for you! What You’ll Get To Do Develop innovative and cost-effective manufacturing solutions to meet customer needs. Perform cycle time analysis on new processes and conduct throughput studies. Create clear process flows to guide the execution team. Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing specialists to develop and verify processes based on product information, cycle times, and field checks. Finalize system layouts, assist in preparing project feasibility capital and operating costs. Create and review project proposals, customer presentations, and technical reports. Participate in customer tech reviews and line up internal groups for effective collaboration. Benchmark, review, and recommend new technologies and industry best practices. What We’re Looking For Experience: 3+ years in designing automation systems. Familiar with customized equipment including battery tray assembly and testing tailored for the Electric Vehicle (EV) industry, an asset. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in the mechanical or industrial engineering field. Expert in CAD systems and software such as Inventor, AutoCAD, Solidworks, and NX. Demonstrated capabilities in 3D design and developing 2D layouts using one or more of the above mentioned CAD systems. Skills: Strong safety focus, excellent time management and organizational skills, ability to work in a team environment across departments and excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication. Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in Canada. The expected hourly rate for this position is $30.00 – $40.00. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as education, experience, skillset, or location.
