Finishing and trimming supervisor - rubber and plastic products manufacturing

Education: Expérience: Education Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Tasks Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule activities of production workers who operate processing machines and who fabricate, assemble, finish or inspect plastic or rubber parts and products Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other work units Recommend personnel actions such as hiring and promotions Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality Set up machines and equipment Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies Experience 2 years to less than 3 years Durée de l'emploi: Permanent Langue de travail: Anglais Heures de travail: 40 hours per week

Supervise and coordinate production workers involved in fabricating and finishing rubber and plastic products. Establish work schedules, train staff on safety and policies, and recommend measures to improve productivity and quality.

Requires a high school graduation certificate and between 2 to 3 years of relevant experience. Candidates must be able to manage personnel and oversee the operation of processing machinery.
