Responsibilities Tasks Oversee the preparation of sales and orders Promote sales to existing clients Identify and solicit potential clients Develop reports and proposals to illustrate benefits from use of good or service Deliver sales presentations Conduct sales transactions Prepare and administer sales contracts Use sales forecasting software Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties and delivery dates Provide input into product design where goods or services must be tailored to suit client's needs Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support Reach to clients after sale or signed contracts to provide ongoing support Review and adapt information regarding product innovations, competitors and market conditions Provide clients with presentations on the benefits and uses of goods or services Resolve product and service related problems Troubleshoot problems related to equipment Provide customer service Benefits Health benefits Dental plan Financial benefits Commission

The representative is responsible for identifying potential clients, delivering sales presentations, and managing sales contracts. They also provide ongoing post-sale support and troubleshoot equipment-related problems for customers.
