We're looking for a Business Analyst with strong Capital Markets experience to support pre- and post-trade regulatory controls for OTC derivatives. Key Responsibilities: Gather and translate business requirements into user stories. Perform impact analysis, gap analysis, UAT, and quality assurance. Collaborate with Business, Compliance, Legal, Technology, and Front Office teams. Support regulatory reporting, process automation, and control enhancements. Work on Rates derivatives flows (Murex to Fortress) and post-trade regulatory checks. Manage reporting anomalies, JIRA tracking, and change management. Required Skills: Strong knowledge of OTC Derivatives, trade lifecycle, and Capital Markets. Experience with regulations such as Dodd-Frank, SEC, MiFID, RMR, etc. Experience with business analysis, UAT, stakeholder management, and process improvement. Understanding of Murex (preferred), SQL/VBA (nice to have). Excellent communication and analytical skills. Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
