🚨 Now Hiring: Senior Salesforce Project Manager – Higher Education / SIS Location: Remote – Canada | Occasional Onsite in Toronto Experience: 15+ Years Visa: Canadian Citizens Only Start: Immediate 🔹 Position Overview Seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Project Manager to provide client-side project leadership and oversight for an ongoing Salesforce engagement. The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of IT Project/Program Management experience, with strong experience delivering higher-education technology programs, particularly Student Information Systems (SIS), student-facing ERP/CRM, admissions, enrolment, registrar, student services, or digital transformation initiatives. Experience managing a Salesforce implementation partner is strongly preferred. 🔹 Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end project planning, governance, execution, risk management, and stakeholder coordination. Manage the Salesforce implementation partner and ensure delivery against scope, timelines, quality, and business outcomes. Coordinate business, technology, institutional, and third-party vendor stakeholders. Manage project plans, RAID logs, dependencies, change requests, budgets, executive reporting, and Steering Committee updates. Oversee requirements, integrations, data migration, testing, UAT, cutover, and post-production stabilization. Ensure privacy, security, and accessibility requirements are incorporated into project delivery. Work with privacy/security stakeholders on FIPPA, Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs), data protection, and AODA/accessibility requirements where applicable. Establish clear governance, accountability, and communication across internal teams, Salesforce partners, and technology vendors. 🔹 Required Qualifications ✅ 12+ years of IT Project/Program Management experience ✅ Strong Higher Education / College / University project experience ✅ Strong Student Information Systems (SIS) experience – MUST HAVE ✅ Salesforce project/implementation experience ✅ Experience managing Salesforce implementation partners/vendors ✅ Experience with enterprise integrations and data migration ✅ Experience working with Admissions, Enrolment, Registrar, Student Services, and IT teams ✅ Strong executive stakeholder management and communication skills ✅ Experience managing complex technology implementations and enterprise dependencies ✅ Familiarity with Canadian/Ontario public-sector governance, privacy, and accessibility requirements 🔹 Preferred / Nice-to-Have ⭐ Previous experience with an Ontario college or university ⭐ Salesforce implementation experience within Higher Education ⭐ MuleSoft integration experience ⭐ Salesforce Agentforce / Generative AI experience ⭐ Experience with AI-enabled workflows, virtual agents, knowledge assistants, or student-service automation ⭐ PMP or equivalent certification 📍 Working Model The position is primarily remote within Canada.
