Your Role in Supporting Our Members: As a Senior Financial Services Representative, you will leverage your communication skills as you effectively manage complex situations, problem solve and provide personalized advice. Member's complex inquiries will be satisfied in a timely manner and within established service standards. Financial Services Representatives will grow through your transfer of knowledge and expertise to assure member’s needs are met, thus helping Vancity redefine wealth consistent with branch objectives. You will also bring a strong knowledge of Vancity's policies, procedures, systems and software. This is a Full-time, Permanent role located at Lynn Creek Community Branch (Branch 46). You will report directly to the Assistant Branch Manager. What You’ll Bring to the Team: * A High School Diploma – At a minimum, you have graduated high school and/or equivalent * Customer Service Experience – At least 1 year of working experience interacting with people and businesses in a professional capacity Extra Skills That Set You Apart: * Cross training or past work experience in a leadership capacity * Call center and branch experience * Post Secondary Education/Diploma (Related Discipline) What You’ll Earn: This role offers a salary range of $33.90 to $41.98 per hour. Base pay offered may vary depending on factors such as relevant qualifications, skills, previous experience, and internal equity.
