We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Practice Manager to help lead and scale a growing wealth management practice serving successful individuals, families, and business owners throughout Canada. This is more than an operations role. We're looking for someone who wants to help build a business, lead people, improve systems, drive marketing initiatives, and play a key role in the future growth of the practice. The successful candidate will become an integral member of our leadership team, helping create the capacity, accountability, and operational excellence needed to support continued growth. What You'll Own Business Operations & Leadership Lead the day-to-day operations of the practice Own workflows, systems, and operational processes Drive accountability and execution across the team Lead team meetings, planning sessions, and project initiatives Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, capacity, and profitability Protect advisor time by ensuring the right work is completed by the right people Marketing & Business Growth Own the annual marketing strategy and budget Lead client seminars, events, sponsorships, and community initiatives Oversee social media, website management, SEO, and digital marketing Coordinate video content, client communications, and engagement campaigns Support new client acquisition and referral growth strategies Team Leadership & Human Resources Lead hiring, onboarding, training, and team development Manage performance, accountability, and staff engagement Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture Support ongoing growth and organizational development Client Experience & Practice Development Ensure a consistently exceptional client experience Oversee service standards, workflows, and client communication processes Coordinate planning opportunities and key business initiatives Continuously refine systems, roles, and processes as the practice grows Who We're Looking For You are a highly organized leader who enjoys building teams, solving problems, and making businesses run better. You thrive in fast-moving environments, take ownership of outcomes, and enjoy turning ideas into action. Ideal Qualifications Experience in operations management, business management, marketing, project management, HR, or a related leadership role Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Proven ability to manage people, projects, and competing priorities Experience leading change and driving continuous improvement Marketing, event management, and business development experience is considered an asset Experience in financial services, banking, insurance, real estate, or other professional service industries is preferred but not required. Investment and/or insurance license would be an asset but not required. Why This Role? This role offers a unique opportunity to help shape the future of a growing business. As the practice grows, so too will the scope, responsibility, and compensation associated with the position. Our long-term vision is for this individual to become the operational leader of the practice, overseeing day-to-day operations, driving business growth initiatives, and creating the capacity needed for advisors to focus on client relationships and growth. For the right candidate, there may also be future opportunities for equity participation within the practice.
