What You’ll Do: Administer VB Spine’s sales and incentive compensation plans through the company’s sales compensation platform, including data validation, configuration updates, payout processing, and maintaining audit-ready documentation Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual calculation, validation, and payment of incentive compensation plan components and bonus commissions Produce and distribute PTQ and sales performance reporting, analyze quota attainment and payout implications, and support leadership with clear, reliable insights Partner with Finance on accruals, forecasting, projections, and compensation-related financial planning Support Sales Leadership with territory alignment changes, impact analysis, and ad-hoc operational reporting requests Contribute to the rollout, communication, and refinement of compensation plans Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve data quality as VB Spine’s commercial infrastructure continues to evolve Develop and maintain strong business partnerships with Finance, HR, and Sales management to ensure alignment of incentive compensation with organizational, financial, and sales force goals What You Bring: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field 1–2 years of experience in sales compensation, sales operations, financial analysis, accounting, or a similar analytical role Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency Experience with Microsoft Power BI is a plus Strong communication skills, drive for results, and the ability to support senior leadership with accurate, actionable data Ability to prepare financial information in a clear and concise manner High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-moving, evolving environment MedTech or implantable device experience is an asset Experience with sales compensation platforms or incentive management software is an asset Why VB Spine? Compensation: The salary range for this role is CAD $55,000 – $75,000 annually. Final compensation is determined on a case-by-case basis and considers a variety of factors including experience level, skillset, and market conditions. Potential for bonuses and incentives plus benefits may also apply.
