Position: Business Coordinator Location: Toronto, Canada (Onsite + Travel) Job Overview: We are looking for a proactive and organized Business Coordinator to support day-to-day operations, office management, vendor coordination, and business support activities for Canadian operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, basic technical knowledge, and the ability to collaborate with global teams. Key Responsibilities: Manage and support day-to-day operations for Canadian business activities from a customer service perspective. Coordinate with property management teams for office operations, maintenance, and facility-related requirements. Support office upkeep, customer visits, internal meetings, and company events. Manage vendor relationships, evaluate third-party contractors, and coordinate service delivery. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and building regulations. Support space management activities including office moves, renovations, and workspace allocation. Act as the primary point of contact during building disruptions and emergency situations. Coordinate regularly with US and India-based teams for operational requirements. Handle billing-related activities and operational documentation. Prepare reports, presentations, and maintain operational records using Excel and other basic computing tools. Support business leaders through effective communication via emails, calls, and meetings. Required Skills & Qualifications: Basic understanding of building operations, facilities management, and office administration. Knowledge of building systems and ability to understand contracts/leases. Health & Safety Compliance: Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal building regulations and safety codes. Strong computer skills including MS Office, Excel, email communication, and presentations. Experience with SAP is preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work with vendors, contractors, and global teams. Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment. Adaptability to changing business requirements and priorities. Hospitality, facilities management, or customer service background preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
