Performance Test Lead

Program Performance Test Lead Lead the end-to-end performance testing strategy and execution for Digital Banking applications across Web/Mobile, MuleSoft APIs, and T24 Core Banking platforms. Define and manage performance SLAs/KPIs, while overseeing load, stress, endurance, failover, and non-functional regression testing using JMeter, Selenium, and Appium. Collaborate with Architecture, Infrastructure, Development, and QA teams to drive scalability, capacity planning, performance tuning, and release readiness. Provide executive-level reporting, performance dashboards, risk assessments, and root cause analysis to ensure optimal system performance and business continuity. Mentor performance engineering teams, establish best practices, and drive performance testing governance across multiple Agile workstreams and enterprise-scale releases.
