Location: In Office role, North York, ON – near Consumers Road & Victoria Park Avenue Schedule: * Monday to Thursday: 8:30am – 8:00pm * Friday: 8:30am – 6:00pm * Saturday (once per month): 9:00am – 2:00pm Primary Responsibilities: At Consolidated Credit Counseling Services of Canada, we are passionate about helping individuals and families achieve financial freedom. Since 2007, we have been a trusted leader in the non-profit credit counselling industry and we’re looking for motivated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Inbound Financial Counsellors. * Provide financial guidance to clients and help them eliminate unsecured debt. * Assist in budgeting, goal setting, and managing finances. * Create personalized financial plans that empower clients to regain control of their financial future. * Help enroll potential clients into a financial program to help them with their outstanding debts. Qualifications: * No Industry Experience? We provide comprehensive in-house training to ensure you’re set up for success! * Strong people skills and the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. * Self-motivated and driven to meet goals and manage time effectively. * Attention to detail and be able to multi-task and prioritize work on a daily basis. * Fact gathering skills. * Knowledge and use of PC Systems. * Previous experience in collections, sales, or financial services is a plus but not required. * Post-secondary education is required. * AFCC designation or the ability to fulfill AFCC requirements within the first 2 years of employment (company-sponsored). * Bilingual candidates (French/English) Ready to make a difference? Exigences
Requires post-secondary education and fluency in both French and English. Candidates must be able to obtain AFCC designation within two years of employment.
