Enterprise Architect Location: Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada (Onsite) Work Type: Contract (Part-Time) Schedule: :24 Hours per Week Duration: 1 Year + 1 Year Extension (Possible) Shift Details Part-Time Engagement (:24 hrs/week) Flexible scheduling based on project needs 100% Onsite in Regina, Saskatchewan The Enterprise Architect will lead enterprise architecture strategy, governance, and digital transformation initiatives for the Government of Saskatchewan. This role will function as a senior advisor, ensuring alignment between business strategy and IT architecture while establishing governance frameworks, standards, and long-term roadmaps across multiple domains. Key Responsibilities Enterprise Architecture Strategy & Governance Lead enterprise architecture strategy, standards, and governance frameworks Develop architecture principles, policies, and roadmaps Chair architecture governance boards and review committees Solution Architecture Oversight Review and approve solution architectures across domains Ensure alignment with enterprise standards and security frameworks Support integrated architecture across business, application, data, and technology layers Business Capability & Transformation Support business capability planning and service design Align IT strategy with organizational goals Drive digital transformation and modernization initiatives Leadership & Stakeholder Management Partner with business and IT leadership Mentor and guide architecture teams Provide strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders Compliance & Security Alignment Ensure architecture aligns with cybersecurity and compliance requirements Support enterprise-wide governance and regulatory adherence Must-Have Qualifications TOGAF 9 (or newer) Certification - Required Strong Enterprise Architecture experience in a formal architecture practice Experience working within structured frameworks (TOGAF-based environments) Ability to work 100% onsite in Regina, Saskatchewan Availability for part-time (:24 hrs/week) engagement Preferred Qualifications Experience with public sector / government organizations Experience in digital transformation and modernization initiatives Experience in enterprise governance and architecture boards Experience in multi-domain architecture (Business, Application, Data, Technology, Security) Core Competencies Enterprise architecture strategy Governance and compliance Stakeholder management Digital transformation leadership Business capability alignment Technical and strategic decision-making Work Environment Government / Public Sector environment Onsite role in Regina, Saskatchewan Collaboration with leadership, IT teams, and governance bodies Recruiter Submission Template - Full Name: Degree with University and Completion Year: TOGAF Certification (Version & Year): Do you hold TOGAF 9 or newer certification?
