Résumé du poste
Enterprise Account Executive St. John's, Newfoundland · Sales · Full-time We're building the AI Agent OS for Advisors. Financial advisors use Verlo to replace the patchwork of tools they hate. Our agents join their meetings, write their notes, update their CRM, and answer any question about any client instantly. We've proven the motion with solo advisors and small firms. Now the larger firms are calling, and those deals are won differently. As an Enterprise Account Executive at Verlo, you'll own our largest and most complex opportunities - multi-advisor RIAs, multi-family offices, and firms with real operations, compliance, and IT functions behind the buying decision. You'll run the full cycle from first conversation to signature, and report directly to the Head of Sales. What you'll do You'll work a smaller number of larger deals, and you'll work them properly. You'll run discovery that gets past the demo request and into how the firm actually operates - who touches a client note, where the data lives, and what’s broken. You'll multi-thread deliberately, because these deals are never won with one champion: you'll build relationships with the advisor who wants it, the COO who has to roll it out, the CCO who has to defend it, and the principal who signs. You'll navigate security reviews, vendor due diligence questionnaires, and legal redlines. What we're looking for Five or more years closing complex B2B software deals. You've carried a real enterprise number and hit it, and you can talk through a deal you won on the merits rather than on discount. You've sold to committees. You know the difference between a champion and a coach, and you've built a business case that survived a room you weren't in. You've been through complex security and compliance reviews. Thorough compliance reviews are standard with every deal. You're rigorous about qualification. You'd rather disqualify in week two than carry a dead deal to the end of the quarter, and your forecast reflects what's real. Strong written and verbal communication. A real share of this job is follow-up that actually advances a deal, and you'll be writing proposals, recap emails, and security responses daily. Curiosity about the product and the market. You'll learn advisor workflows well enough to be useful on a call, not just credible. Resilient and coachable. You treat a no as information and iterate fast. Nice to have Experience selling into RIAs, wealth management firms, broker-dealers, or family offices Familiarity with the wealthtech ecosystem - custodians, portfolio accounting, planning software, and CRMs Experience selling alongside founders and technical resources on the same call Background at an early-stage startup where you helped build the enterprise motion rather than inherit it You've used AI tools in your own workflow and get why this market is about to change Benefits Health and dental benefits Unlimited vacation Equity in the company
