About the Role The Assistant Practice Manager is responsible for ensuring team members deliver a high standard of client care while building positive client relationships. They, along with the facility director and practice manager, ensure practice compliance with standard operating procedures, hospital protocol and all regulatory authorities. The PM manages the scheduling program that is aligned with budget, approving payroll, vacation and scheduling locum doctors as needed. This person conducts accounting and payable responsibilities and has oversight of inventory management, while monitoring performance against established monthly key performance indicators. The PM will coach and manage the team, outlining performance expectations and providing feedback while promoting an environment of collaboration and respect. Why Join The Gatineau Team?
