You'll use your empathy and problem-solving skills to swiftly resolve any issues, ensuring smooth operations and happy clients. Your day-to-day will involve striving for operational excellence, managing team schedules, and supporting talent acquisition efforts by sourcing Locum DVMs and RVTs as needed. You'll provide onboarding and coaching to new team members, conduct annual reviews, and offer feedback and support to help your team grow. You'll also manage inventory, budgets, and all financial aspects of the practice. You'll also make a splash on social media, shouting about all the great things your team is inspiring and doing. Exigences

Candidates should have 2-3 years of team management or supervisory experience and a strong background in HR and financial management. Proficiency in veterinary software and a background in the veterinary industry are highly preferred.
