Job Scope Victaulic is seeking a Structural Engineer to support the design and analysis of pipe support systems, seismic restraints, and structural interfaces across a wide range of projects. This role is suited for candidates with strong structural fundamentals, with the opportunity to contribute at a more senior level based on experience. Key Responsibilities * Design and analyze pipe supports, anchors, guides, restraints, and related structural components * Perform structural calculations for steel supports, base plates, anchorage, and foundations * Design seismic bracing systems in accordance with applicable building codes and standards * Evaluate loads, structural interfaces, and coordination with mechanical, civil, and architectural disciplines * Develop calculations, drawings, and engineering deliverables in collaboration with internal teams * Provide technical support to internal stakeholders and customers, including participation in meetings and presentations * Support field activities, including site visits, troubleshooting, and installation guidance Additional Responsibilities * Lead complex or large-scale projects and provide technical oversight * Review and approve calculations and design deliverables for accuracy and compliance * Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team development * Support business development efforts and represent engineering in customer-facing interactions Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering * 5+ years of relevant structural engineering experience * Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred * Experience with pipe support design, industrial or building systems is an asset * Knowledge of applicable codes (ASCE, IBC, AISC, ACI, NFPA, etc.) * Proficiency with structural analysis tools (RAM, RISA, STAAD, or similar) * Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities * Willingness to travel (15–20%) Salary: $80 - 110k (based on experience) Victaulic is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer, welcoming applicants without discrimination based on age, race, colour, national origin, citizenship, religion, creed, gender, sexual orientation, marital status, disability, veteran status, or any other protected status.
