THE OPPORTUNITY Become a Vidir Hero at our Arborg, MANITOBA facility. Level up your career as a: SERVICE PACKING / INVENTORY COORDINATOR This role will support new and existing customers by fulfilling service parts orders, preparing shipments, and monitoring inventory. Your attention to detail, organization, and commitment to quality will help ensure parts are delivered accurately, safely, and on time. Responsibilities * Pack small and large service parts for shipment, ensuring packaging is appropriate to protect products from damage. * Build packing pallets for larger items and orders as required. * Maintain accurate inventory levels through audit counts and regular visual checks; communicate discrepancies and support corrective action. * Order replacement parts through job orders for manufactured parts and purchase requisitions for purchased parts. * Receive and distribute returned items and process them for testing, return to stock, or the appropriate next step. * Maintain clear communication with the Service Team and update service orders so information is accessible to team members. * Provide support and coverage within the department as required. * Demonstrate accountability under Vidir’s SafeOps and continuous improvement programs while leading by example. “The World needs more of who you were made to be.” – Joanna Gaines Qualifications * Hands-on experience safely using hand tools, measuring tape, and power or air tools. * Ability to build pallets, pack products, and perform physically active work in a manufacturing environment. * Strong customer-service focus with excellent organization, prioritization, and attention to detail. * Effective verbal and written communication skills, a positive team attitude, and a strong work ethic. * Computer literacy and the ability to learn and manage new programs. * A certificate or diploma in business administration, business, accounting, or a related field is preferred. * Three years of experience as a packing coordinator or in a similar role is preferred.
