Level up your career as a Welder on Day Shift (Monday-Friday 7am-3pm) Summary: The welder is responsible for welding a variety of Vidir products within a team environment, according to the Production schedule. Responsibilities: “The World needs more of who you were made to be.” – Joanna Gaines * Weld all products according to weld drawings, compliant to CWB standards and regulations. * Monitor parts inventory in respective areas of work and ensures parts are available to meet production requirements. * Achieve and maintain required productivity levels (efficiency and utilization) * Adhere to all Safety and Health Standards Qualifications: **A combination of education and experience will be considered.** * Welding trades certification would be considered an asset but is not required. * 1-2 years of Welding Experience (MIG) would be considered an asset but is not required * Strong Math skills and spatial reasoning ability * Use of hand/power tools * Basic literacy skills Accommodations Vidir Solutions Inc. is committed to meeting the accessibility needs of all individuals in accordance with The Accessibility for Manitobans Act and the Manitoba Human Rights Code.
