10 + years of hands on Pega Development experience  Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) is required – Pega 7.x or above  Hands on Development experience in latest versions of Pega- Pega 7.x or Pega 8  Strong Experience in Constellation  Experience In CS And SI Frameworks Preferred.  Experience in Banking Domain will be an added advantage  Strong communication skills  Experience and knowledge in Agile projects  Should be able to work directly with client  Ability to work independently
