Vos tâches en un coup d’œil * Vous supportez la directrice nationale des cliniques en ophtalmologie générale dans le développement des cliniques. * Vous faites des validations et audits. * Vous maintenez à jour les projets de développement en continue et restez à l’affût des opportunités d’améliorations. * Vous supportez les directeurs de cliniques dans toutes questions relatives aux protocoles et assurez le maintien des SOP. * Vous supportez les directeurs dans le maintien de l’excellence pour le service aux patients. * Vous travaillez en clinique dans les cliniques du réseau au besoin. * Vous participez à l’intégration de nouvelles cliniques d’ophtalmologie dans le réseau. * Vous participez à l’intégration opérationnel du dossier médical électronique dans les cliniques du réseau et à l’extérieur du réseau. * Vous évaluer l’efficience et l’organisation des cliniques et mettez en place des projets qui visent à l’améliorer. Une vue claire de vos atouts * Vous avez un minimum de 3 à 5 ans d’expérience en coordination de projets et amélioration continue. * Vous avez de l’expérience en ophtalmologie (un atout). * Vous maîtrisez le français et pouvez également communiquer en anglais, pour interagir avec des collègues unilingues anglophones qui sont situés hors du Québec. * Vous avez d’excellentes aptitudes organisationnelles, relationnelles et en résolution de problèmes et un sens du service à la clientèle hors pair. * Vous maîtrisez Microsoft Word et Excel. * Vous avez déjà utilisé un système de Dossier Médical Électronique (un atout). Your tasks at a glance * You will support the National Director of General Ophthalmology Clinics in the development of the clinics. * You will conduct validations and audits. * You will keep ongoing development projects up to date and stay on the lookout for opportunities for improvement. * You will support clinic directors with all protocol-related matters and ensure compliance with SOPs. * You will support directors in maintaining excellence in patient care. * You will work on-site at clinics within the network as needed. * You will participate in the integration of new ophthalmology clinics into the network. * You will participate in the operational integration of the electronic medical record within and outside the network’s clinics. * You will evaluate the efficiency and organization of the clinics and implement projects aimed at improving them. A clear view of your assets * You have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in project coordination and continuous improvement. * You have experience in ophthalmology (asset). * You are fluent in French and can also communicate in English to interact with English-speaking colleagues located outside of Quebec. * You have excellent organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, as well as an outstanding commitment to customer service. * You are proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. * You have previous experience using an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system (asset).
