We are looking for a skilled and motivated Registered Physiotherapist to join our team. This role is ideal for a practitioner who thrives in a collaborative, performance-driven environment and enjoys working with a diverse client population. At Vital, we see a wide range of injuries, conditions, and musculoskeletal concerns — from elite athletes pursuing performance goals to active individuals navigating acute injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, chronic pain, and mobility challenges. Practitioners have access to state-of-the-art training and exercise rehabilitation facilities, allowing for a seamless integration of hands-on care, movement, strength, and performance-based rehabilitation. We offer very competitive splits within a contractor-style agreement, along with the opportunity to build and grow your practice within an established multidisciplinary team. Location: Eau Claire Athletic Club, Calgary, AB Availability: Flexible - days, evenings, weekends (Full-time or Part-time) Your Roles And Responsibilities Oversee patient care and treatment plans, utilizing a manual therapy approach with a focus on injury recovery, movement optimization, and long-term performance. Provide direct hands-on therapy while incorporating movement-based rehabilitation techniques. Manage patient files, bookings, referrals, and communication, ensuring seamless coordination of care. Communicate with associates and leadership to ensure real-time updates on patient progress. Maintain accurate documentation including chart notes, referral requests, imaging requisitions, and treatment summaries. Stay actively engaged in continued education and research, ensuring an evidence-based approach to patient care. We Are Looking For The Following On Your Resume Active and up-to-date physiotherapy license in Alberta, Canada. Valid malpractice insurance in Alberta. Certifications or advanced training in manual therapy techniques. Training in acupuncture, dry needling, or other needling modalities (preferred). Experience working in a clinical, sports, or performance-based setting. Proficiency in Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) such as Jane App. Comfort using communication platforms (Gmail, WhatsApp, etc.) for patient coordination. Interest in community outreach, education, or sports team collaboration (preferred). Access to an array of blood flow restriction (BFR) cuffs, both for useage in the clinic and rental to clients Access to apps heavily utilized at Vital - varying by practitioner are: Physitrack, TrainingPeaks, TeamBuildr and velocity-based training apps.
