As a Red Seal Electrician (Maintenance), you’ll play a critical role in keeping our plant running 24/7. From troubleshooting complex systems to maintaining essential equipment, your work directly impacts uptime, product quality, and team success. This is hands-on, meaningful work — where your expertise shows up every shift. This position will work on a continental 12-hour (6:30pm – 6:30am) night shift schedule to support a 24/7/365 operation. Call-ins and overtime due to breakdowns and scheduled maintenance or projects may be required. WHAT YOU’LL DO Keep Systems Running * Ensure reliable performance of plant equipment and electrical systems * Monitor and maintain utilities, control panels, and building systems * Complete preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime Fix Issues Fast * Troubleshoot and repair electrical equipment and components * Respond to breakdowns and urgent repairs with speed and precision * Support continuous operation in a 24/7 production environment Install and Improve * Install and commission new and existing equipment * Support maintenance planning and scheduling activities * Contribute to improving reliability and efficiency across the plant Work Across Trades * Assist with mechanical repairs and general maintenance tasks * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues * Maintain strong communication between shifts and departments WHAT YOU’LL BRING * Red Seal Electrician certification (Industrial Electrician preferred) * 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment * Strong troubleshooting skills across electrical and mechanical systems * Familiarity with PLCs (Allen Bradley), CMMS systems, and plant automation * Solid understanding of safety standards (Lockout, Confined Space, WHMIS) and quality systems (HACCP, GMP, ISO) * A flexible, team-oriented approach — with the ability to support after-hours needs when required KEEP PRODUCTION MOVING. Maintain and troubleshoot electrical systems and plant equipment to ensure 24/7 operational uptime in a dairy production facility. Perform preventive maintenance, install new equipment, and collaborate across trades to resolve technical issues.

Requires a Red Seal Electrician certification with at least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Must be proficient in PLCs, safety standards, and quality systems while being available for a continental night shift schedule.
