About The Role We are seeking experienced Full-Time Production Machine Operators who have at least two years of experience in manufacturing and mechanical experience operating machinery. Previous experience in a highly dextrous, high-speed production environment that requires extreme attention to detail is an asset. You have an understanding of production expectations, you adhere to strict safety, quality, and production standards, including cleaning and organizing personal workstations. When cases arise, you help troubleshoot and escalate issues to leadership. You thrive in an environment where hand speed, attention to detail, following protocol, and working efficiently are paramount. Production Schedule We are hiring for Full-Time positions in our production facility: Evening Shift: Full-Time Schedule: Monday - Friday from 3 pm - 11:30 pm (Weekend availability also available if desired) Required Qualifications Detail-oriented and able to follow specific guidelines. Willingness to learn new machinery, processes, and techniques as the production environment evolves. Willingness and capability to troubleshoot machinery issues and escalate them to appropriate leadership when necessary. A proactive attitude towards resolving operational challenges. Previous experience working in a highly dexterous production environment that demands extreme attention to detail. Ability to perform tasks accurately and consistently in a fast-paced setting. Clear communication skills, including the ability to convey information about production progress, machinery issues, and other relevant matters to supervisors and team members. Ability to take initiative to improve processes, identify areas for optimization, and contribute ideas for enhancing production efficiency and quality. Coachable and a quick learner. Flexibility to adapt to changing production needs, schedules, and priorities. Willingness to take on new tasks and responsibilities as required. This may include manual encapsulation, weighing, and other production-related tasks. Bonus: Understand and have employed USP/GMP procedures or worked in Pharmacy in the past. You Will Learn To Clean and set up dosing and encapsulation machinery, accessories and production rooms. Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment. Monitor machinery during operation, making adjustments and troubleshooting as necessary. Perform general maintenance of machinery. Follow appropriate cleaning protocols to ensure that each of our small-batch, unique vitamin formulas are not cross-contaminated during the production process.
