Business Analyst - Banking (Intermediate)

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong Banking/Financial Services domain expertise to work with business stakeholders, technology teams, product owners, and subject-matter experts to define business requirements and translate them into effective technology solutions. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from banking stakeholders. Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and process reviews. Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications. Analyze existing banking processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation. Translate business requirements into functional requirements for development and technical teams. Work closely with Product Owners, Project Managers, Developers, QA, Architects, and business users. Perform AS-IS / TO-BE process analysis and gap analysis. Support solution design and validate that proposed solutions meet business requirements. Create process flows, use cases, workflow diagrams, and data-flow documentation.

The role involves gathering and documenting business requirements from banking stakeholders to translate them into effective technology solutions. Key tasks include conducting workshops, creating functional specifications, and performing gap analysis to improve banking processes.

Candidates must have strong domain expertise in Banking and Financial Services and experience working with cross-functional technology teams. Proficiency in creating BRDs, FRDs, and process flows is essential for this intermediate-level position.
