Compensation ranges from $23 to $30 per hour, depending on experience. Own relationships with your customers and inspire customer loyalty by providing professional and reliable services that adhere to all safety rules Meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements required by customers, which includes conducting thorough inspections, performing timely maintenance on equipment correctly the first time, and completing descriptive and accurate paperwork. The technician provides reactive and preventative maintenance for commercial espresso, coffee brewing, and water systems across an assigned territory. They are responsible for maintaining customer relationships and meeting Service Level Agreement requirements through accurate documentation and timely repairs.

Candidates must have at least one year of experience in equipment servicing and customer-facing roles, along with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and proficiency with smartphones for task management are also required.
