Reporting to the Foreman, Labourers play a key role in supporting our crews on road construction, grading, and maintenance projects across Ft. McMurray. This is a physically demanding, outdoor position ideal for individuals who take pride in hands‑on work, value safety, and enjoy being part of a hardworking team that delivers high‑quality infrastructure projects. Labourers support road construction and maintenance crews by performing manual tasks such as material handling, raking, and shoveling. They also assist with traffic control, equipment signaling, and maintaining a clean, safe worksite.

Candidates must have at least one year of road construction experience and the ability to lift 50lbs in various weather conditions. A valid Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean abstract is also required.
